L.E.A.P. Leading & Empowering thru Action Program
L.E.A.P., Inc. is a non-profit agency providing Diversity & Intercultural Service-Learning programs for elementary, middle and high school youth in the Northeast Houston area and other areas when the need is identified.

The program will form partnerships with local school districts and other non-profit agencies in the areas it will service to foster a commitment to the youth and their families that will promote intercultural pro-social friendships and strong interpersonal skills.
These skills will give the youth a sense of individual responsibility to follow through on the path to adulthood with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Youth & Families

We will organize volunteer opportunities and support through our L.E.A.P programs to show your students the value of volunteering in their communities & prepare for college or work by gaining important work skills & references.

THE CURATORS OF L.E.A.P Inc.
We are devoted to serving others and have been involved in a number of community service activities in both Texas and Louisiana, where we both have family roots.
From our love and devotion of community and service, L.E.A.P. was created. It is a nonprofit organization created to bring attention to Civic Service volunteering within the communities where we call home. Our goals include partnering with existing organizations to rally our youth and their families to lift up their communities and give a hand up to those that are in need.
